Andrew Wiggins throws down jaw-dropping dunk

Tim McGarry, USA TODAY Sports

Forget about the McDonald's All American Dunk Contest. This dunk from Andrew Wiggins might have made some noise at the NBA Dunk Contest.

Wiggins, the 6-foot-8 forward from Huntington (W.Va.) Prep, is one of the most highly regarded prospects in recent memory. He averaged 23.4 points, 11.2 rebounds, 2.6 blocks and 2.5 assists per game this season.

On Monday, he put on a show in the 2013 McDonald's All American Dunk Contest.

On his second attempt, he threw down a ridiculous 360-degree, between-the-legs dunk that would make Blake Griffin proud.

The dunk received a perfect score from the judges and plenty of praise from those on Twitter.

Despite the amazing dunk, Wiggins didn't win. Chris Walker of Holmes County (Bonifay, Fla.) finished with 226 points to take home the 2013 McDonald's All American Dunk Contest.
