This is a "report card" draft for General Managers as there is no clear cut number one pick, and the experts are lamenting about what a weak draft it's going to be. What this draft lacks is a few superstar-can't-miss talents at the top, and when Harrison Barnes, Perry Jones and Jared Sullinger pulled out, (three sure fire top 5-7 picks), everyone started clamoring about what a weak draft it was.
