NBA Teams Should be Able to Scout High Schoolers
Since 2005, NBA scouts have been barred from attending high school events.
Commissioner Stern seemed troubled over the influx of direct tickets from high school to pro, and eliminated NBA personnel completely from high school gyms.

With no NBA scouts in attendance, the level of competition and prospects was down from past years. Only Marquis Teague was here among the elite level incoming freshmen. Regardless, there were some top level returning college prospects, with Jared Sullinger and Perry Jones leading the charge. Here's a look at the top prospects:

2011 adidas Nations: High School Game Footage
During the 2011 Tournament we were able to take some video footage of some of the best high school players in America. We were able to record game play for nearly every team. The actual final was aired on the CBS Sports Network.
