Marcus SmartSmart was the key factor in two big wins this past week against Baylor and Kansas State. Over his past 3 games he’s averaged 22 ppg 6.3 rpg and getting to the free throw line at a rate of 10 times per game. He’s also played excellent defense and been the reason why Oklahoma State is probably the hottest team in the conference.

In his last two games he’s shooting near 70% from the field and averaging 27.5 ppg along with 7 rpg and 4 apg. He led Texas to a big upset over Oklahoma on Wednesday and his ability to get to the rim has been huge in improving this Texas team recently.
