Suggestion

For the votes, I think it shouldnt matter how many people vote for someone, I think it should be a combination of people and people's points that does it. for the example, ill use 20 points per vote plus a users points, but the 1st number could be changed. EX.
RickyRubio9 votes for someone. His vote would count for 20 plus 35 (his points)=55.
Knicksboy votes for someone. His vote would count for 20 plus 110= 130
My vote would count for: 20 plus 7=27

Under a system somewhat like that, a good user's vote counts for more than a new user's vote. Also, if someone has -20 points or under that amount, they cant vote
