bflaa2ParticipantI know there is a lot of good point guards coming out in this year draft but how about Ben Woodside from North Dakota State? He led his team to the NCAA tournament in their teams first year of eligibility. He dropped 60 points in one game. Great Free Throw shooter and can shoot the lights out from Three Point Land. Do you think he will get drafted?

A. StockI’m On The Practice Squad At NDSU Because It’s My Freshman Year, And NDSU Redshirts All Freshman, But Ben Can Shoot It, That’s For Sure. On The Offensive End He Can Definitely Be A Backup In The NBA, But Defensively He Has Some Question Marks. Cool Guy Though.

claryadParticipantI watched him play Kansas in Minneapolis and there was a couple scouts sitting in the row in front of me. They had two sets of papers, Ben Woodside and Cole Aldrich. Woodside is a nasty scorer, if he can improve his D I think he could run the 2 man pick and roll in the NBA for a long time. I hope the wolves take him in the second round with one of their picks from the Heat.

R-Dot-13ParticipantI think he should be drafted.
Hes a great scorer and nobody could guard him today against Kansas, i think he scored 37 points, and he did it efficiently.0 - Posted on: Fri, 03/20/2009 - 11:49am #143687
A. StockI Completely Agree.

canesboy6Participantthis years point guard class is loaded, especially in the second round with seniors like him. Even with this game, I dont see him going ahead of Collison, Tyrese Rice, Jeremy Pargo, Curtis Jerrels, theres a couple more.

Curious how Drew Lundberg is looking. Is he a guy that will see some time next year?
