David Robinson got in on that too

    34 points 10 rebounds 10 assists 10 blocks

    71 points 14 rebounds 5 assists 2 blocks

and agreed Jammin-Lemon, they didn’t keep blocked shot stats during Wilt’s career.

How do you even get 31 blocks????  At some point the other team has to say "Look, every time we drive that big guy is blocking our shots, lets just take jumpers for the rest of the game"

How did Wilt have that many blocks if Blocks werent rrecorded until 1971. Wasnt he washed up by that year?

    Just curious..

    Was Bill Russell playing still?

Wilt was never washed out, wasn’t as dominant, but he averaged 13 ppg 18.6 rpg and 4.5 assists while shooting 73% from the feild his last season in the league as a 36 year old.

They didn’t record blocks or steals at any part of Wilt’s career, these are either estimates, things he made up or information pulled off a non credible online search.

There has only been four quadruple doubles in NBA history, Hakeem Olajuwon, David Robinson,  Alivin Robertson, and someone else I can’t think of at the moment. The Manute Bol game is sick, if it happened, he must have been playing against some terrible competition. I remember when he hit what I think was 5 threes in a half against the Suns when he was with the Sixers, he had one of the ugliest shots ever.

I have in fact verified these stats, in some cases slightly corrected them,

however for the steals & blocks by Chamberlain, you said it was from

what Wilt told in his autobiography. Could you please tell me which one?

I have yet to locate it. Thank you very much
