Bigger impact from injury return Rose vs Wall
With a healthy D-Rose, the Bulls are a top 5 team and a real Championship contender.
With a healthy and IMPROVED John Wall, the Wizards are MAYBE a playoff team..
So to answer your question.
D-Rose.
Depends what you mean by impact.
With Rose back on the Bulls, they go from a 6-8 seeded fringe playoff team to legit championship contenders.
With Wall back on the Wizards, they go from the laughing stock of the league to a fringe playoff team.
When I say impact I mean individual stats not overall team play
Rose will score a lot like always, maybe start out his season more passive and distributive but he will turn it on. Wall needs to focus more on assists and less on scoring but at the same time the Wizards need a play maker like no tomorrow so I can see him coming out of the gates aggresive. I'll go with Rose on stats and hope for Wall to slow down, take smarter shots, and keep everyone involved.
Both will have a big impacts. Rose's impact will be bigger because the bulls already have a solid team without him and a deep playoff team with him. Wizards are likely to be at best a lottery team with and without Wall this year depending on how much deeper they dig themselves into. This coming from a depressed Wiz fan btw
I think the Bulls will be contenders when Rose comes back, but they are worse than last year. They won't beat the Heat. They lost some key players like Asik, CJ Watson, and Ronnie Brewer.

Rose or Wall has yet to return this season from leg injuries which leads me to ask who will have the biggest impact once both return?
