IndianaBasketballParticipantI don’t know if I like the idea of Hedo going to the Blazers. He’s ball dominant. I don’t see how that’ll work w/ B. Roy, especially in the 4th quarter.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantI don’t like it. He’s asking for 10 mil a season and i don’t think he’s worth it in this economy.

tuck243ParticipantTurk has shown he could be a clutch player, but I saw B-Roy hit some clutch shots, especially the one versus the Rockets in 0.3 seconds. And turk doesn’t play defense. They need Artest more than Turk. I was about to write about how impatient the Blazers are. Trying to get Andre Miller and Hedo is screaming impatient. They just need to develop as a TEAM and go thru their stars players. Hopefully Oden will come thru next year and trading Sergio was going to help Bayless. They have a team, B-Roy is a passing 2-gaurd and Bayless is a scoring PG. I just dont understand all the fuss about NEEDING to get more players. They dont have enough minutes to go around and they have talent. If they do get a PG, PLEASE trade Bayless. Because he needs to be with a team that will actually play him.
The BLAZERS NEEDS TO BE PATIENT… They dont NEED anything just a lock down defender at 3… If that…

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantMajority of Oregon does not want Hedo. He has a poor shooting percentage, mediocre defender, and is 30 years old. The dude takes so many bad shots. Plus he is asking for too big of a contract for his age. Let him go to Detroit.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantOh crap. He’s having dinner with Nate McMillan tonight. Then he is touring Portland on Thursday according to Marc Stein Tweet.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI’d rather have the ball in B. Roy’s hands in the 4th. He can score & pass. I like the team they have now. In my opinion, they only need to add a back up power forward who’s a rebounder/banger. No need to add an over the hill point guard or overpay for a small forward. Batum is young, but he’s a pretty decent defender at the 3 spot. He’s going to be nice as he gains experience & strength. He’s 6-8, long as hell & pretty decent at on/off the ball defense.

bobbob8Participantyea id much rather have Artest too. but i doubt that the
Rockets dont resign him.0 - Posted on: Wed, 07/01/2009 - 7:31am #173841
gatorheelsParticipantHedo will help out the Blazers a lot but….they still gotta get an experienced PG if they want to make a deep playoff run. They need Andre Miller. A sign&trade with the 76ers would be smart.
PG-Miller
SG-Roy
SF-Hedo
PF-Aldridge
C-OdenThat is a very strong team.

Knicksboy34ParticipantHedo is a terrible fit for Portland and i think he will struggle in the West

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantI would take Tayshaun Prince over Hedo any day.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantAldridge is better than Prince. I was thinking of Outlaw and Blake for Prince.

thetruthParticipanti think turk would be a bad fit for the blazers as well. he has to have the ball to be effective. and we all know b-roy is a point forward as well. i think turk fits better in toronto or orlando.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantIt seems like Rudy is mad that were interested in Hedo. He said he would consider playing in Europe again if we sign Hedo. Now im 100% against getting Hedo.
