BLOW UP THE CELTICS

Danny Ainge it’s now time to do what you don’t want to do. You have been doing your best to make the Celtics contenders this year and unfortunately it’s time to rebuild.

As a fan of the Celtics I will try my best not to be biased. The facts are that this team is not going to win a title this year. There is no way they can beat the Miami Heat or the Chicago Bulls in a seven game series and for all the people that believe they can then you are more ridiculous then Jose Canseco trying to restore his baseball career in Mexico.

The facts are that the big three are not what they use to be. They are still effective, but not as effective as they use to be and they don’t dominate games like they did when they were in their prime. That’s what happens with age.

My suggestion:

R Allen still has trade value and I am sure you can get a 1st round pick for him and a young talent with a cheap contract---love you Allen, but this is the business side of the Game.

Garnett is not the ferocious defender he once was, but he plays hard and is a leader on any team. Even though he clashed with many players in the NBA he is still respected and admired. Teams also love his expiring contract – I would take a 1st round pick for him and call it a day.

Pierce - the heart of the Celtics. Due him the honor and trade him to whatever team he wants to go to and get a 1st round pick for him.

The plan is simple. Get 1st round picks for your team and young talent that have affordable contracts.

Now comes the finale. The Celtics may have a chance to be a powerhouse next year but what they have to do is try to convince the Nets to take Rondo for Dwill straight up. I think Rondo is a good player, but I don’t think he can bring in talent the way Dwill can. The Celtics will then have three months to convince DWIll to stay in Boston. If DWIll stays then Dwight Howard might follow. For true NBA fans, you know that the NBA is like a fraternity now. Dwill and Dwight Howard are good friends and have been talking about playing together for two years now. This could work. Not to mention that the 2012 NBA draft has an unbelievable class coming out.

The Celtics could have Dwight and Dwill leading the team next year with five potential first rounds picks that can turn into stars. There are more details to this, but it can work.

“We think of that often as a staff when we’re talking about what we’re going to show and/or give to our team come training camp,” Brown said. “It’s almost not (possible) to think about double teaming, you just have to have a heightened sense of awareness if or when you decide to double team us because we do feel like we have guys who can make you pay at all five positions.

Bryant said that Nash plays the game at a different level than most and makes everybody on the floor with him a better player.

When Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant finally emerged from the Los Angeles Lakers' locker room late in the first quarter, they got a standing ovation just for walking to their seats.vsare23

Once upon a time, Green was

Once upon a time, Green was considered arrogant, but obviously he’s come a long way since being drafted by Boston in 2005. Today, he’s an integral part of one of the Eastern Conference’s most promising teams, and there might not be a single player in the entire league more grateful for his opportunity.kmrj65
