kobyzParticipantit’s not only one big slap, for me after game 6 and how we missed that title i will never be able to recover from this, my soul will be torn forever. i wanted and needed it so much, winning that title was all or nothing for me, now i don’t have much interest keep living, god fucked me so bad with how close we were, already having it in our hands, i literally have touch, smell heaven, it could have been for me the ultimate happiness, i would have been on top of the world for at least the next 20 years. but now i’m feeling so miserable, there would not be another chance for me for this kind of joy, it’s hard for me to keep living knowing all this…

GottaBeTheShoesParticipantWell maybe you don’t take sports seriously at all, but some of us are extremely passionate for our teams. It’s just the way it is. It’s like, I’d want my team to get a ring as badly as my team wants a ring. It’s fun to care a lot about. And it can mean more than just a game. Sports are entertainment, but it’s still a large part of my life to watch, study, etc. It’s just like any other life passion.
And haha “more important things in life”, Like people lose their priorities with sports? Life is just about having fun and living it to the fullest. You’re speaking of importance based on your own morals and values, I can have my own thanks.0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/30/2013 - 3:05am #809706

AmiableBaller34ParticipantThis week was rough, no doubt about it. It was just hit after hit this week, and the only thing that’s going right is the Red Sox; but who wants to watch baseball? I’m still having nightmares of Gerald Wallace’s contract, and Kris Humphries’.

Toronto16ParticipantBesides the Hernandez thing, it will all be worth it if they get a top 5 pick in the 2014 NBA draft.

RafterParticipantMost fans have probably jumped off the ship after jumping on board in 2007 however I know there are a lot of die-hard Celtic fans out there and rebuilding isn’t fun during the initial moves but fans will have new names to cheer for. The C’s are going to land a high draft pick and things will pick up like it did for Blake Griffin and the Clippers, like what it’s doing for Kyrie Irving and the Cavaliers, like what’s it doing for Anthony Davis and the Pelicans. Time for a new chapter.
