    smdh.. wish him well, but Philly should expect him to miss 20 games this season.

    Bynum is only out as a precaution and also for his knee treatment to have more time to have its full effect.

    The real thing I don’t understand is why Bynum waited to have the knee treatment two weeks before training camp began rather than at beginning of the summer.

      It was at the request of his doctors.

      It made sense to take it now, rather than earlier, so the pain treatment can last the entire season.
