Celtics pursuing Grant Hill

Why do the Celtics want to get older? Rasheed? K.G? Allen? and Hill? Starting to look like the Pheonix Suns. Well he'd be backing up Pierce so he might do a little better and Sheed gives them another three point threat especially if Big Baby isn't resigned. If everyone is healthy, they aren't the favorites, but they are up there with Cleveland and Orlando, but no way they are the favorites. I think Orlando has to be the favorites especially if Dwight comes out this year with more moves.

I asked are they? Its not about long term they are winning now while they still have the horses. Don't hate. Perkins owns Dwight so he can come up with whatever moves he wants. lol

right now I have them second in the east behind Orlando. But if they signed both rasheed and Hill, then that would make them the favorites in the east imo.

I didn't say you said they were. I'm not hating either. I'm just giving an opinion that they are reminding me of the Suns. Suns had Shaq, Nash, and Hill. C's would have K.G, Hill, and Rasheed. Allen isn't that young too. If you say so...but Dwight averaged like 16 and 17 against the C's oh and like 2 or 3 blocks...

I think Boston wants Grant Hill to play the same role as James Posey did on the championship team-lockeroom prescence, solid defender, clutch shooting, The celtics really missed Posey last year

Yeah they are the favorites if they get both...I don't think they will get Hill though.

no way how are they going to afford hill, they need to trade ray and rajon because they're free agents next season so hill might retire and sheed is getting old so they are going to be demolished next year.

is only getting league minimum with pheonix, hill does not need any more money, just a championship.
