Chandler Parsons has not lived up to the expectations, that some of us put out there for him as a high draftable choice this year. For him to be 6’10, one player has come to mind when I see Chandler play, & that is Chase Budinger. I would like to know is it safe to say Chandler is a less athletic Budinger?

Outstanding comparison. I thought Parsons would break out for Florida this year, and compared him to Mike Miller before the season. I still am high on Parsons, but he’s a little soft, not very strong, and needs to polish his game a bit more. I think he can be a solid NBA player though, if a team is patient with him and he gets stronger.

Chandler may be a "high-flyer", I already seen him throw 1 lob down & they just threw him another which got broken up. He is Florida’s go to guy when it comes to the backdoor lobs.

Watching him play right now against Vanderbilt and Florida as a team are doing an excellent job defensively specifically on Jenkins. I think Parsons is a bit more versatile then Budinger, and also not as talented in specific areas such as athletisism, shooting, ball iq etc. I see him as a nice 2nd round sleeper in the draft and would not be surprised if he turns out to be a good role player in the NBA for a while.

He reminds me of a weaker version of a young Robert Horry.  But 6’10” ish, good jumper, three point shooter, More athletic 4 less athletic 3 man.  Less Shot Block.  You be the judge.  But check out Horry when he played in Houston.

He’s just another Christian Drejer. You guys probably don’t remember but he reminds me of Parson now.
