I tried to make it a simple concept. It was just a trial run, but I would glad to be part of an attempt at an organized draft amongst the members here. Are we drafting on what we think should happen or what we think will happen? Just wondering, because we can even have one be a big board of prospects and one be a mock draft.
Exactly what knicks freak said. Your the boss here. Your goal is to make the best possible team. We'll start up when we fill up the teams. List of teams selected so far: Memphis, OKC, Toronto, NY, Sacramento, Minnesotta, Indiana. Let's not select multiple yet. If we must we'll do that later.
Attention please. I'd prefer that we don't select multiple teams. Remember that we won't hold the draft tonight probably. WE'LL WAIT FOR MORE PEOPLE TO SEE THIS THREAD. Tomorrow will most likely be the draft date. I'll decide on a time when we've filled completely up. If you have a team you must use all their picks. No splitting up. This is suppose to be realistic so 1 team, all their picks. I will create a trade forum so you can post possible trades there(trades for players and picks, not teams). You can continue trading until all picks have been made. I will chose monitors who will go to the ESPN trade machine and make sure the salaries work out. You cannot trade players who will be free agents(restricted or not), have early termination opts, etc. Once a monitor has checked out the trade then they will repost the trade and say it has been approved. I will chose 3 monitors to help me check trades. If you wish to be a monitor please respond now. Make sure you will be available often to help check trades. The first 3 that respond saying they want to be a monitor will be them. I'll soon make the post saying who got it. After they have been chosen and i've answered all questions I"ll make a trade forum. After all teams have been filled I'll create a draft forum and then we'll start the draft. Then and only then will we start. Thanks for your cooperation.

Ok,some other guys tried to do this but it seems like they did a poor job of organizing it, no offense to you all. What I'm trying to create is a mock where one person gets one team and when its their turn they make a pick or trade. For now what I'd like is for everyone to take a team. Make sure you check to see if the team has been taken. Also, THIS THREAD IS FOR SELECTING YOUR TEAM ONLY. I'll create other threads for other stuff later. Don't post anything else except your name and your team. Example:
