I've been meaning to post this for a while, it's a great speech made by Jimmy Valvano the coach of the North Carolina State the 1983 NCAA champions. In '83 NC State beat the University of Houston in the NCAA Finals, that Houston team featured Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler two top 50 players of all time. I don't really listen to Anthony Robbins or any of these other self help motivators out there, but I imagine that their message would be something like coach Valvanos'. The man had true charisma and it permeated the teams he coached and inspired the players who played for him. The video's about an hour long, I think it is worth the time, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
