Different Type of Mock Draft
Maybe your not understanding...He's at 4 b/c I PERSONALLY would take him at 4. I saw him play puppetmaster at the all star games in HS. He owned everyone on that court...him playing overseas doesnt change a thing.
I could care less what scouts say, me eyes no lie.
1 reason i like this- It makes potential good players drop.
reasons why i dont like it....DeRozan is at 6 and Curry and Blair drop? and to your logic...Hansbrough should be a top 10 pick
U dont watch basketball.
All the players yall have mentioned (Curry, Thabeet, Blair) have low ceilings. No real potential, and are not all star caliber players which is what you look for in the top 10.
Blair is 6'6. Same as Corliss Williamson, Marcus Fizer, Gary Trent, shorter than Ike Diogu...In fact, not only is he 6'6, but he's an under the basket type PF, a genre that is a dying breed even for PFs with size. If I hear how long his arms are ONE more time. Cut it out, He's not Elton Brand.
Curry is a 6'2 SG who is a SHOOTER, not a PG...Just like Trajan Langdon, JJ Redick, Shammond Williams (who once scored 43 points in ACC play on a team with Antawn Jamison and Vince Carter...and I dont watch bball??), Shawn Respert, Steve Kerr, Eddie House...etc,etc., his type of player is a dime a dozen. His type of player is the most likely player NOT to make it in the leaugue-the undersized shooting guard. He shot a dazzling 39% from college 3 last year, so what does that translate to in the NBA line a few feet back? With taller, quicker defenders? Yea ok, trust me, I know what the &$#%#&@! im talkin about.

I like to call this the common sense mock draft. Instead of predicting which teams will pick what players,
I played GM for each team and, based on who is remaining, picked who I think they SHOULD pick, irregardless of what scouts say, who is 'hot', hype, etc.
So you will not see Stephen Curry, Dejuan Blair, or Jrue Holiday anywhere near my top 10. Check it out, Given this 'freedom', who would your top 10 be?
