    I think the draft process needs a better change hopefully when adam silver takes control. I think the best rule would be to let high schoolers enter the draft and if you don’t enter at that point you must spend at least two years minimum in college. Players like Noel wouldn’t have to have been injured in college and also players like Wiggins & Randle wouldn’t have to risk injury & etc. spending time in college when they’re surefire lottery picks at this point. Also, if not ready for the NBA they would still learn more on an NBA bench practicing with NBA players and getting better coaching or with an improved D-League system improve with playing time there.
