upstatestatus315ParticipantDoing a little scouting….looks like batum could be major steal, whoever gets him. I think he reminds me a lot of tayshaun prince with his long arms.

jeremygoParticipantI am still positive that whoever lands DJ White will have the biggest steal of the draft.

In The PhogParticipantHe’s a guy that hates to bang down low, he was almost forced to play on the block by sampson.. he hates physical contact and hes way to slow to play any pos. outside of the 4.. he better start loving that physical brand of post play before he ever becomes a steal in anyones draft.. remember your talkin about a power forward that doesnt have a skill set outside of a jump shot.. hes a really poor defender.

FUNKYBUNCHParticipantBill Walker and JR Giddens are sleepers… They both may be steals. And if Darrell Arthur slips, he could be too…

L.ShapParticipantI have to agree with you on DJ White. He won’t be a starter (consider his height), but he will be the type of sixth man suchas Millsap of Utah, Powe of Boston and Maxiell of Detroit. I think he has the potential to be better than all 3 of them though. The team that could use this guy in the draft is Sacremento because they have plenty of height and really could use a guy to grab a lot of rebounds.

Mild SauceParticipantBatum will be a great pick. He’s seen as a risk because of heart problems that have been blown up a little bit too much, but in a few years he could be a real stud out there.

Packy003ParticipantBatum is going to drop into the 2nd round and could be a steal … if healthy. May scare off a lot of teams becuase of this heart ????

shipargosParticipantI think Ajinca, but there are some rumors that the trailblazer will take him with their first pick… so perhaps is in a good position, with proper trining and weight the guy cold be a star PF

shipargosParticipantPekovic could be a steal also if he ever plays in the nba

Vilardo47ParticipantI say its gonna be the Nets taking Lopez at 10… Brook has been projected as high as 10 and will be the steal of the draft at 10.

TooMuchParticipantWatch out for Darrel Aurther. In a PF weak draft, watch for him to have a better season than Kevin Love who many think wont be able to hang with the pros.

cdmPSU17ParticipantYea, DJ is probably going to be a solid pro for 12 years in the league. When you talk about a real steal though, a guy who I really like is Jamont Gordon from Mississippi State. He has great size for either guard position, and played the point very well in Starkville. Watch this pass to Charles Rhodes and try to convince yourself that he WON’T be a standout in the NBA.

freenighttParticipantI don’t think DJ White is a “steal” because being drafted near the end of the first round, u get a limited contributor in the NBA at a perfect draft position.
At this point, I have given up on Bill Walker. I think he will be in the NBA for only a few seasons.
Batum is a steal because of his lottery level talent.
I think Darrell Arthur is probably the biggest steal of the draft.0 - Posted on: Fri, 01/23/2009 - 12:13pm #141165
J.LopezTeammates Malik Hairston and Maarty Luenen unexpectedly heard their names called but Taylor didn’t.

Siirler Hikayeler Fikralar Programlar Guzel Sozler Resimler freetemplates Taylor was arguably Oregon’s best player last season, but his 6-foot-4 frame makes him a undersized at the next level. Nonetheless, his scoring ability, length and athleticism give him a chance to make in in the league.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/10/2009 - 6:40pm #160623
birdman1113Participanti think Courtny Lee could be a steal.
