Duke has been simply atrocious and still lead a terrible Virginia Tech team by 6. Why Tyler Thornton has shot 11 3's is beyond me...
aside from his defense.... how tyler thornton even plays for a D1 team, let alone duke is beyond me....
defense? Kendall Marshall took Thornton to the rack at will both times Carolina played Duke and Marshall isn't exactly the quickest player in the world...Coach K can'r recruit any post players, so he signs players like Thorton.
for the most part, thornton is a good defender from what ive seen.... but it boggles me how he even plays 4 duke.... he really has no skills....
