halfdecayedParticipantThis is going to be a great game, and a potential finals rematch. I think Lebron will prove tonight that he’s the one deserving the MVP trophy. What do you guys feel about tonight’s matchup?

FastAndFuriousParticipantLebron is going to win the one on one battle against Durant.

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantHe’s 10-3 against Durant in his career, but the NBA is unpredictable so idk

TyroberParticipantThey picked a bad day for this game. Doubt my wife is going to be happy with me turning the channel to watch basketball.

For_Never_EverParticipantI’m going with the Thunder with this game. Lebron has to play out of his mind for his team to take it in my opinion.

Purple-and-gold17ParticipantI hope they go at eachother…But that seems to happen less and less these days

For_Never_EverParticipantKD is having a horrible night so far.

halfdecayedParticipantThe thunder overall are having an horrible night lollll

For_Never_EverParticipantThis is why I have always have had an issue with everyone saying Russell is an elite top 3 PG. If he can’t score he doesn’t bring anything else to the table. I prefer the PG’s that can take over games without having to score only.

PAUL125Participantsmh these refs are letting okc back in the game

halfdecayedParticipantand lebron is on fire.. 23 8 and 4 at the half..
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 4:38pm #747617
For_Never_EverParticipantRussell is getting his, but what about everyone else ?
0- Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 4:54pm #747627
BigChamp12ParticipantWhat else do you want Russ to do right now? Everybody else has to play like he’s playing. They all are struggling, he’s getting to the basket and getting fouled. KD has been getting plenty of shots and looks. He’s just not converting on them. That Russ Westbrook criticism is not necessary SO FAR this game. When KD is struggling, Russ is SUPPOSED to go get his. Should he stand around and wait til KD starts making shots?
0- Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:00pm #747634
For_Never_EverParticipantMaybe be a PG ? Simple.

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantRussell puts the “point” in point guard, guy looks for his shot before others; don’t let his assists per game fool you
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:04pm #747639
For_Never_EverParticipantHis whole team is standing around watching him force it.
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:05pm #747642
halfdecayedParticipantmeanwhile, KD is struggling like hell, but has 16 points with 7 mins to go in the third lol…

IndianaBasketballParticipantRussell Westbrook is scoring, but he’s forcing it. He’s playing wild to me.

For_Never_EverParticipantWow
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:11pm #747648
PAUL125ParticipantNever thought i’d say this but this game is starting to get boring. Heat just straight up dominating.
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:15pm #747649
IndianaBasketballParticipantKD has zero rhythm.
You just really have to wonder what OKC is doing right now.
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:18pm #747657
For_Never_EverParticipantI’m just going to say it. They should put Perry Jones in for Perkins and let Ibaka play the 5.
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:26pm #747664
halfdecayedParticipantI think collison would do much better than perkins lol
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:35pm #747669
For_Never_EverParticipantDamn, Heat fans always go on a negging spree with me all the time. Lol
0 - Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 5:37pm #747667
TallmanNYCParticipantNow I know people have been saying that Perkins shouldn’t get the run he gets now for years. But at what point does Coach Brooks get it and make a change? Is it at a point where he just doesn’t want to admit the mistake? It isn’t just about matchups. It is that when playing a really good team OKC can’t have a guy who can’t rebound, can’t shoot, can’t block shots, etc on the floor for huge amounts of minutes.
But in some ways it doesn’t matter when Lebron plays this good. There is no answer to this level of talent when it plays this smart.

Purple-and-gold17ParticipantFor_Never_Ever I think whoever is competing with you for points took them away from you cuz you didnt say anything wrong and you got negged like 20 points in this post.
0- Posted on: Thu, 02/14/2013 - 7:16pm #747709
For_Never_EverParticipantThis is perhaps the third time it has happened to me in a Heats game thread. Hahaha. It’s cool, I’m not competing with anyone for points.

aamir543ParticipantLebron is in that zone where no one can touch him, only the elite superstars go there. Durant will go there someday but he’s not there right now. If Lebron keeps this up I have a hard time believing anyone can beat them in the playoffs. And I respect Durant and Westbrook but like I said at the begining of the season I think the Spurs can still get it done. Imagine if they get Josh Smith there, that’d be scary.
