bball23djnParticipantWho should make the reserve team in the East?
Backcourt:
-Paul George
– JR SmithFrontcourt
– Lopez
– Noah
– BoshWildcards
– David West
– Jrue HollidayIts tough to leave off Pierce this year but the Celtics are a sub 500 team and don’t deserve 3 all stars (if they had 3 legitimate all stars then they would be better than the current 8 seed).
Kyrie Irving is sensational but his team has 11 wins… the last spot would come down to him and Jrue IMO who are both playing great ball for bad teams.

joecheck88ParticipantI don’t know about Lopez. I’d take Josh Smith. He deserves it and has been right there every year.

Bird_YearsParticipantAfter watching the BOS vs CLE game last night, Kyrie Irving can’t be left off the reserves

joecheck88Participant7 players:
Backcourt: Jrue Holiday, JR Smith, Kyrie Irving
Frontcourt: Paul George, Josh Smith, Joakim Noah
Last spot is a toss up between West, Bosh, Pierce, and Deng. I guess I would choose Indiana to get them 2 all stars. If Bosh was pulling down 9+ rebounds I would pick him but 7.5 from a 6’11” guy on a team with almost no size and struggles rebounding. He needs to do a bit more since there isn’t much pressure on him offensively.

joecheck88ParticipantI meant I guess I would choose West to give Indy 2 all stars.

joecheck88ParticipantAlso, I wouldn’t be surprised if Brandon Jennings or Monte Ellis made it over Kyrie or even Jrue. Kyrie is on a bad team and Jrue’s team has been struggling. The Bucks are 4 games over .500 and probably deserve and all star. I think it may be close.
