    The Euroleague announced its nominees for the Rising Star Award, which is given to the player that the voters “deem to be the current future rising star of the competition”. The award is for players 22 and under.

    Nikola Mirotic without competition

    One of top players in one of top teams. Along with Rudy best player of Madrid. Only guy close to him Kostas Papanikolau

    Except Planinic who is 10-12 man in Maccabi others played lot less quality teams where difrece is far biger then Heat-Bobcats

    Euroleague almost never gives this award to the best player. That’s not what it is for. That’s why Macvan, Sloukas, and on and on don’t win it.

    They don’t award the best player under 22. They almost never have.
