A few changes to keep Chris Bosh

First of all I don't think Bargs , Hedo and Calederon match Bosh style! I think we should trade these players and get more atheletic. Here are som suggestions:
Trades
Hedo and Andrea to Golden State for Monta, Randolph and Azubuike
Calderon to Memphis for Conley and Darrell Arthur
Free agency:
Sign Brandon Haywood and Dorrell Wright
Toronto's roster would be more competitive that way and they could be a 4-5 seed in the East.
C: Haywood, Evans
PF: Bosh, Arthur, Randolph
SF: Weems, Derozan, Azubuike
SG: Ellis, Bellineli, Wright
PG: Jack, Conley, Banks
The pick should be Donatas Motiejunas ( the next Dirk and more)
