Fiba Slam Dunk Contest winner Rafal Lipinski.
I like his little celebration thing hahaha
Not a 720 but a good looking dunk anyways.
It's more of a 450. Look how he takes off... not facing the basket. He almost finishes not finishing the basket, then he adds that extra turn to finish.
It was not even close to a 720 really basically he did 180 degrees before leaving the ground and then the other 180 degrees is an optical illusion because he finishes on the other side of the rim, basically it is a 360 with a lot of lateral jumping very good dunk though. If you saw that and 1 guy dunk you would see what a 720 looks more like he was spinning like a top in the air though i dont know if it was a true 720 but was crazy

though I guess most 360s or higher guys turn before they jump I think that makes Terrance Stansburys dunk unreal the way he jumped then turned later.
That's at best a 540 (one and half turns) and not a 720. But it is a nice dunk. As the video above shows you have to spin a lot faster to do two turns in the air before dunking it.
Whether it was a 720 or 540 I don't think he actually made it cause they cut out early , never showed him making it .
If we're actually going to measure angles and lame stuff like that, hardly any '360' dunks would count. That's a 720 in my books.

The guy does a 720 Dunk right in the beginning of the video.
