Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantPacers are up to a 9-0 and Miami is playing very very sloppy. Four turnovers in their first 6 or 7 possessions. Roy Hibbert’s size is really bothering the Heat’s drives to the basket.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 9:44am #671876
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantTurnover by the Heat, block by Joel Anthony, LeBron posterizes Danny Granger.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 9:54am #671886
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHe doesn’t look 100%, he’s probably hurt and is keeping it on the low.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 9:57am #671883
TRC1991ParticipantMario Chalmers needs to be more assertive during the regular season, he’s playing really well and hitting big shots but i think he feels he can only put these shots up because Bosh is out
btw whats up with D Wade? he doesnt look like the vintage stud who led his team to the title a few years ago
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 9:59am #671889
IndianaBasketballParticipantPaul Pierce is hurt. Blake Griffin is hurt. Chris Paul is hurt.
There are a lot of players playing hurt. There is something else wrong with Wade… It’s mental.

aamir543ParticipantThe Pacers are playing well, but imagine the lead if their open shots were falling. I love the way Lebron is playing, I want to see a legendary 50 point performance where he just puts the team on his back and leads them ot victory.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:10am #671895
IndianaBasketballParticipantIF LeBron scores 50, the Heat still lose 85-80.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:13am #671897
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantIndy
It’s probably a combination of both. He seems physically injured and is also forcing the issue. He seems very uncomfortable and bothered on the court.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:14am #671893
B-ball fanParticipantThat was an outstanding quarter from the Pacers. The Heat need to get back on defense quicker to prevent those open threes on the secondary break. The Pacers weren’t making them that quarter, but they eventually will fall if the Heat don’t contest them. The Heat aren’t living up to their reputation as the most athletic defense in the league.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:20am #671899
IndianaBasketballParticipantThere’s a huge difference between playing injured and hurt. Chris Bosh is injured, hence why he’s not playing. D. Wade isn’t injured.
D. Wade probably is hurting a little, but I don’t see that as an excuse for him to be playing so bad. This is probably 90% mental and 10% physical. He’s not mentally in the game.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:23am #671902
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantIt’s not that he’s mentally not in the game, he’s trying but he seems very frustrated. The Pacers have managed to bother him enough to make him lose his cool and composure. Now he’s trying too hard to finish easy shots (for him) because he’s overthinking.
Plain and simple, the Pacers are frustrating Dwyane Wade.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:39am #671905
IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s definitely frustrated. I’ve never seen him this bad.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 10:48am #671906
mcbaileyParticipantBarbosa definitely travelled during that last shot, but I’m not complaining.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:02am #671909
HotSnotParticipantThe Pacers have broken Miami’s will both individually and collectively. The Pacers are also playing exceptional team ball.
If Granger is getting T’d up against Miami (3 in 3 games), makes me wonder how he’ll fair against Garnetts annoying BS. We could be looking at a brawl.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:07am #671916
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThis is the Wade I love watching.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:12am #671915
I May Be WrongParticipantI’m with Aamir on this one. LeBron has been amazing tonight. You hate to see a single handed performance go to waste but the Pacers look like they want it more at this point.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:12am #671924
IndianaBasketballParticipantYea, D. Wade is starting to show some fight in him.
I woudn’t say their spirits are broken just yet.
The 4th quarter is going to be good.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:14am #671926
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantWade with a three! This game is going to have a great end, no doubt about it. Both teams are fighting hard.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:14am #671919
I May Be WrongParticipantOkay, I take that back lol. Dwayne with two straighjt impressive takes. Looks like this will go down to the wire
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:17am #671927
Malik-UniversalParticipantthis whole run has started with lebron
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:17am #671928
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantIf only Wade and James were able to play together like this more often. When they’re clicking, moving without the ball, and playing together, they are one of the best duos of all time. Sadly, they don’t do it that often.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:27am #671933
IndianaBasketballParticipantI’m not too surprised that the Heat have outplayed the Pacers in the 3rd…. It was one of their focuses.
The Heat were bound to go on a strong run. I think this game goes down to the wire.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:27am #671934
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThere is no way the Pacers can play "small-ball" against the Heat, it’s simply impossible for them. They need to go back to their bigs.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:27am #671929
HotSnotParticipantCrazy turn of events in the 3rd. Its been a total reversal. The Pacers have gotten away from whats worked and Wades been hitting shots/ making plays. Wade hit 5 straight shots. The law of averages says he should start missing more in the 4th.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:29am #671930
PAUL125ParticipantThe way lebron played this game is amazing. The only reason wade finally came to life was because of the passes from james for the easy buckets.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:35am #671935
GrandmamaParticipantIndiana needs to start trying to take some charges. If Lebron and Wade are going to keep putting their head down and driving to the basket, the Pacers need to try and take some charges. I haven’t seen one player try to take a charge for Indiana…
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:37am #671937
Wahoo757ParticipantHell of a play by Collison.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:44am #671939
IndianaBasketballParticipantThat shot by Paul George made me cringe.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:49am #671938
HotSnotParticipantI know Haslem got cut, but thats no foul by Amundson. Haslem over played his position and put his face where it shouldn’t have been. Thats a "tough $hit" play… not a foul.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:49am #671946
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHere we go.
These last 6 minutes are going to be a grind for both teams. Their best players are on the court and the game is on the line.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:54am #671941
Raef LaFrentzParticipantBarbosa hasn’t seen LeBron’s chase-down-block montage, obviously..
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:54am #671942
GrandmamaParticipantGet Hibbert and West back in the f*cking game….jesus christ
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 11:55am #671943
GrandmamaParticipantAnd get Barbosa out…NOW
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:01pm #671947
IndianaBasketballParticipantRoy Hibbert and David West…
6-15 FG, 16 points, 15 rebounds… 6 FT attempts. Combined.
That’s not enough if the Pacers want to win this series.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:02pm #671949
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantUdonis Haslem has made David West pay every time he chooses to double LeBron and leave him open.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:12pm #671953
Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantAt the end of the day, Miller, Chalmers, Jones, and Battier still need to hit shots. LeBron and Wade had ridiculously good games but they’re superstars, they’re going to have these kind of games.
For them to win this series, Miller, Chalmers, Jones, and Battier have to shoot better than 5-21 combined.
Great job on winning the game but it’ll take more help for them to win the series.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:12pm #671950
HotSnotParticipantLebron, Wade and Haslem combine to shoot like 75% in the second half… and the Pacers still kept it relatviely close. I’m not sure Miami can duplicate this performance again.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:13pm #671952
aamir543ParticipantWade and Lebron had amazing games, and Haslem capped it off by making the Pacers pay for Doubling Lebron or Wade.
The Pacers need to stop shooting so many threes and pound it inside, that’s their best shot at winning, and they must knock down open threes and shots, great game by Lebron and amazing turnaround bounce back half from Wade, but it makes you wonder whether they need to have this type of game every night to have a chance to win the series, and if they do get past this series, will Wade and Lebron have enough 38 and 30 point games left in them to take them to a championship?
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:17pm #671957
IndianaBasketballParticipantLeBron James was amazing and D. Wade finally showed up.
But the big stats that stand out to me are:
1. 30-16 3rd quarter advantage to the Heat. The Pacers had outplayed the Heat in 3rd quarters this series.
2. 47-38 rebound advantage to the Heat… This can’t happen if you’re the Pacers. Not when this is your big advantage. LeBron James 18 rebounds by himself.
3. Udonis Haslem 14 points and 5-6 FG. They needed him so much and he delivered. His mid-range shot keeps the defense honest.
This looks like the makings of a seven game series.

RJay757Participant40-18-9 my 2k12 myplayer can’t even do that
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 12:27pm #671959
HotSnotParticipantAgreed Indianabasketball. Likely a 7 game series.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 4:11pm #672017
WizardofOzParticipantVogel lost this game for Indy. He kept Amundson and Barbosa in way too long.
0 - Posted on: Sun, 05/20/2012 - 6:51pm #672060
PulseGlazerParticipantWizard is right. At this point Amundson shouldn’t even be playing.
