how do the points system work on my account?

cant figure it out, but i no mine is bad cuz i got a -26

People have just been hatin on you I guess. If people like what you say they will give you a point. If they don't like what you have to say they will take away a point thumbs down.

basically, people on here

basically, people on here like to look like they are great posters so they give themselves a billion points and then take points away from everyone remotely near them in the rankings. don't worry about it. its probably better to have a lot of negatives because that means they are scared that you will compete with them for the top of the point system leaderboard.

I don't think people really

I don't think people really care about their point total as much as just taking points away from people they don't like, or from people who posted a highly debated topic ala Tmac being overrated.
