There should be a message at the top telling you how to embed videos, but since I can't find the classic NoMoney one:
1) Go to youtube (seeing that it is pretty much the site everyone goes to for vids)
2) Click on Share
3) Click on Embed
4) Of the 4 boxes it shows, click on "Use old embed code"
5) Copy the code
6) On the draft.net site, click on "Switch to plain text editor"
7) Paste the code
Should work, I usually switch back to rich text editor to make sure. Just kind of cool to not have to leave the site to see a video.
