surveParticipantI remember when the Bowie one happened, I didnt see the game but saw it on the news that night. That was my first time witnessing something like that and I remember totally siding with Collins at the time. In my mind its not a true record if someone let you do it. Its like a "yeah, but u really didnt" type deal. I do know that during that time it was more rare to have a triple double than the time prior to or after. Also, I really didnt get why Bowie tried to thank Collins for allowing him to do that. Collins was fined for being "non-competitive".

JoeWolf1Yeah, I remember Sura’s too, he was going for 3 triple doubles in a row and didn’t even try to disguise that he missed the shot on purpose.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantAnyone Remember Jordan couldve had a Triple Double if Pippen hadnt missed the Shot and he was right under the Basket? To this day i still wonder did Pipen missed that on Purpose!!!!
I’m going to see if i can find that on Youtube and review it again..I forgot who the Bulls were playing that night…

sheltwon3Participant12 blocks and 12 rebounds is hard to get. It sucks that a person can miss a triple double because of scoring. I know Kidd missed out of a few because of that.
