Jeff Teague is better than some of those cats predicted ahead of him
About whether Teague will stay in the draft or not, i am hoping he comes back to Wake next year, seems like a solid team will still be there for him and next years PG crop isn't nearly as strong as this years outside J Wall. I really think he could do some damage in the ACC next year and hope he stays in school........... anyone else think he may drop out of Draft for a better position next year?
As a kings fan, (we have the 23rd pick) i kinda hope he doesn't go back, just because i know he has potential to be a geat player and would be a steal there, but another year in college would just absolutely MAKE him. I could see him going top 5 next year if all goes well.
i like him a lot,and i think he will be great in the nba,he's a combo guard that'll play pg in the nba, second half of the season really hurt him,his scoring droped and he just couldn't find his rhythm, and he was just dreadful in the ncaa tournament against cleveland state in the half court game, problem with him is that he plays like a sg,and he really struggles if you make him shoot the ball, but he's got nba athleticism,he excels in the transition where his speed and athleticism really gets noticed,he can create his own shot at will but his playmaking ability for his teammates is weak,he must show more of a point mentality and show he can run a team,he could be top 5 pick with ease but right now he probably wouldn't go in the lottery
The later part of our season really hurt us and Teague...But being upset again is unlikely cause we now got more experience...Teague is a first shooting mentality guy, which gives me a sense of J-Terry and MontaEllis...but my man is good and this season, he is working on lowering his turnovers (3.9 last season) and get us more involved....Keep an eye on us cause UNC's top dogs and G-Henderson are leaving, which means we'll be back on top again...
yea his decision making and playmaking ability really needs to improve cause he'll play pg in the nba
Teague should come back for another season and if he does I think he's a top 5 pick next year, I agree with you saying the college game boxed him in. he has a NBA game...either way he's a lottery pick either year in my opinion
His he the tweener guy we constantly see? I seen some of his best games (Duke,UNC) but where was he vs Cleveland State(11pts), Maryland (10pts),NC State (11pts)....i think as a SG...hes a 1st rounder but to be a PG...he needs another year

18 points a game shooting 44 percent from 3, and he got handle. He will do his thing in the wide open NBA game. The college game boxed him in. Reminds me of jason terry do you think so too?
