I would have loved to see him at NC State as well but from my knowledge he removed them from his list. His final choices I believe are Kansas (who i think he will choose), Kentucky, Texas, and Florida.

Today is the day the 2nd best high school player in the class of 2013 makes his decision…I have a feeling Randle will go with NC State…Randle & Anthony Barber coming in, with Rodney Purvis there, and maybe the return of vetern leaders, CJ Leslie and Lorenzo Brown, the WolfPack has a chance to win a championship next season

Its down to KU and UK…..I have a sad feeling it will be UK in the end. Texas has a very outside shot but nobody else is in it.

Being a UK fan I want him to go to UK, but I think he will go to Kansas. Curious if UK does get him and say Wiggins or Gordon how are they going to have all these players on scholarships?? I don’t see too many of the current players going pro, they just aren’t that good and you five players coming in not including the guys who have not made decisions…

I didn’t know that, that’s news to me…I don’t have the time to follow up on things like that, like I use to…I have 2 jobs, working 72 hours a week, barely have time for myself…lol

Maybe he’ll surprise everybody and go to Florida. Their should be plenty of playing time for him next year at Florida. At Kentucky or Kansas, he’d be splitting time with some other players. Murphy and Young won’t be on the team next year.

First off, I am not a Kentucky hater..I dig on college basketball! But think bout it, Kentucky will have a large group of talented Soph and Fresh next season. True, very talented in high school and during their freshmen season. But having a large group of So/Fr. really going to equal a National title? When Kentucky won last season, they had some Jr./Sr. on the squad. Check out Robert Morris, a team loaded with upper class men.

one freshman and one sophmore, KENTUCKY only had Archie as a true freshman, stop trying to make it seem like rmu won with just SR, & JR’s, lucky Jones had 15 points and probably would of had more had he not had the crazy foul, just because kentuckey, say they are freshman , maybe yes on paper, but not in age….harrow, jr, mays a sr, polson jr, hood a jr, come on man..

I seriously doubt the current UK players are returning now. Unless they don’t mind taking a backseat. And if UK gets Wiggins its a wrap.

    Kentucky

According to Clark Francis it will be Kentucky and this would be huge, maybe the greatest draft class in history with 5 top ten players and a sixth guy with super high potential (Lee). Julius is a franchise type player, a dominant big with a tantalizing floor game. Old grumpy Larry Brown told an unnamed recruit six months ago if he would concentrate on playing on the block (and stop handling the ball out there) he would achieve alltime great level. Reaction- unnamed recruit dropped SMU.

So basically every guy on UK 2013 will leave, and that is bad, they get drafted but have so many holes, their stay in the League will be shortlived. Guys like Goodwin, Stein and Poythress really need at least 3 years college ball, Goodwin even could be Wade light.

He’s been bought for a while. I remember back when he dropped Duke and Carolina a couple months ago, info was leaking out that WWW was involved.

It’s been over for a couple months, but he had to prolong it and make it seem like he was going anywhere but Kentucky to create excitement but also make the NCAA not snoop around too much.

I was for sure UK was over the luxury tax, but I guess not.

Stop hating everyone!!!!! Cal has a system just like other coach’s. He recruits one and dones. Its not like he has a gun up to these kids heads. For instance Randle let everyone know that you dont have to shoot all the balls or etc in order to get drafted high. These kids want to win and they know who the best coach to put them in that situation is and to get them the most exposure for the draft.

Worst choice out of his final options, even Texas. He’s not gonna get better at Kentucky.
    Definitely bought.

Calipari is more bust proof than any of the coach’s on his final list. Go look at the list of busts that Self, Donovan and Barnes have had. Stupid comment.

Bust proof? Skills-wise and in terms of learning the game, his one and done’s pretty much leave the program the same players as when they entered it. Calipari’s ability to teach the game is on par with the Rick Barnes, Roy Williams, Mark Gottfried and Scott Drew’s of the coaching world. Both Donovan and Self could coach circles around any of the aforementioned guys.
If its hype you want, you play for Cal. If you want to improve as a basketball player before turning pro, you play for a guy like Self.

Personally i like many others hoped hed go somewhere whhere he could showcase his skills more. I cant wait to see how this is going to work though, should be fun. I even remeber him being quoted as saying they seemed desperate (UK) because they brought Drake down on his vvisit. I wonder how much the injury played a part in the decision thouggh, less buurden and pressure on himself as well as leg.

    oh well

Darius Miller, Eric Bledsoe, Josh Harrellson were all better once they left. Also how can you even determine if a guy is the same player he was when he got to college. Sounds a lot like hating to me.
