andxxxParticipantI say this cause Iverson had a tweet that Kemba reminded him of himself in college. How do you guys feel about that comparison?

jaysmith1987ParticipantHe does remind me of iverson minus the hops but he’s having a junior year on par with iversons junior year he’s gonna be dynamite in nba especially with no checking rule.

crispcountyParticipantSorry Jaysmith1987, but iverson never made it to his junior year. He left after his soph season

jaysmith1987ParticipantLet’s not forget he held his own against john wall last year and he’s on that level of quickness and calhoun sings his praises and that’s no small accomplishment.

joecheck88ParticipantWhy are people on this site still sleeping on Kemba Walker? I had him as 8th pick to Cleveland with Harrison Barnes(1st) and people were saying it was too high for Kemba. This guy has elite level quickness, he finishes well at the college level, his turnovers were not horrible this year, and he is a good passer(he just didnt pass as much out of neccesity). This guy should atleast be on par with Ty Lawson as a rookie. I can see Kemba having a very good rookie year(12ppg, 3rpg, and 5apg) depending on where he goes.
And yes his game right now is Allen Iverson esque, tho I think Kemba will be a better PG than Iverson and that Kemba will not touch Iverson scoring wise.

KayjayParticipantPeople say they aren’t set on him yet. I usually just keep my opinion out of Walker threads because I haven’t seen enough except for the NCAA tourney.

IndianaBasketballParticipantHe’s undersized and plays a similar style as A.I. did, but ability/talent wise… It’s not close.
