cryan03ParticipantWe can make this decision yet because we haven’t seen Team C play yet. Going off of there potential isn’t fair IMO.

Lotto StudParticipantAdd Enes Kanter to the squad that’s missing Brandon Knight for GP

kazamParticipantAre we talking about the guys at their current stages in their career? Because if that’s the case then it is absolutely team A. If its based solely off of the guys performance when they were at the college level, then you almost have to roll with team b, considering they won a national title and played like the most cohesive unit

strobox88ParticipantWall, Bledsoe and Cousins? Team A, hands down.
Crazy realization is both Team A and B’s starting lineups are all pro players.

ph90702Team B won the championship. How could you not pick them?

rabidsnowmanParticipant(Comparing skills from their time at UK, not currently)
Team C has more talent than either A or B. Now, John Wall is better than anybody on C, and so is Anthony Davis. Demarcus Cousins and Julius Randle are comparable, but very different in what they bring to the table.
Team A’s weakness was they were unreliable shooting the 3. Team B really had no weakness, and stellar defense. Team C appears (admittedly, just from HS play) to have good shooting (Young, and both Harrisons are able to hit the 3 consistently, also for PF’s, Wiltjer and Randle can knock down 3’s. Team C will be a monster on the boards, as they are extremely tall (I expect taller than team A, which was the tallest team in college basketball that year) and both Randle and Johnson are rebounding specialists. Defensively, they certainly have the size and length to be excellent, and Calipari has a way of coaching defense into players like few men can. If he can do it with these guys, they have the potential to be a nightmare at that end of the court. The “X” factor in the equation is the depth, it means that everybody has to fight even harder for minutes. If you aren’t as good as the other guy, you won’t play. That’s a huge motivator right there, and it’ll make everybody on the team a better player.
If I were a betting man, I’d take team C over A or B.

rabidsnowmanParticipantHad Delk and Anderson as upperclassmen in the starting lineup, and was still as talented as these teams. I’d probably have to pick them over any of the 3 teams here. You’re talking about arguably the best team to ever play college basketball (I know UCLA, IU, and maybe UNC have a dog in that race too).
