kentucky is really young.......
Part of the reason why Kentucky was so successful last year was because of their non-freshmen. Darius Miles, Terrence Jones, and Doron Lamb proved invaluable and made UK into a juggernaut.
I don't see much veteran leadership on this year's team...
Yeah it was hard to be excited about this team after watching last year's. I was excited about watching Goodwin, Poythress, and Noel, but I knew that this team couldn't match last year. Next year we should have more vets like Wiltjer, hopefully Cauley-Stein, and you could throw Polson in as well, so hopefully that will help us out a lot. Although I don't think we'll need vets as much next year as we do right now.
But yeah, I'm sad to say I don't have very high expectations for this team. I just hope we can beat Florida and win the SEC

His confidence has been dying since his freshman year. Did you see how fast Cal yanked him after fouling as soon as he went in.
Its not to hate dude has some skill he was a Mr. Basketball and in the blue/white scrimmage he took it to Kyle.
I just dont think he has the speed or defensive skills to stay on the floor much
They are young as hell.....they have no identity. This team is not as good as any of Cal's UK teams. They need somebody to step up as their lead scorer. ND is picking the apart and are playing like grown men. If UK is going to make a run.......they need a lead scorer that can get them buckets. Coach Cal was right, they should not have been ranked this high. Work in progress.
