providencefriars1ParticipantLouisville has no where near the talent level of a top 5 team. Kentucky is on a whole other level and they have a team where the talents work well together. Each player brings something different which is great to have in college ball.
Behannen getting three fouls was huge too.

The Ville has Siva at the point (athleticism and playmaking ability), Kuric on the wing (big time athleticism and outside shooting ability), and Behanan and Dieng down low who combine for 18 rebounds a game (that’s as good as it gets and rivals UNC’s dual post presence).
Then they play excellent defense and have great depth and versatility with Swopshire, the Smith brothers, Buckles, and Blackshear (when he comes back).
Louisville is a top 5 team and a legit National Championship contender.
You can take that to the bank.

OhCanada-ParticipantLouisville has some really good players on this team, although they look a step behind mentally and in maturity. Behanen got three fouls in four minutes, Dieng is looking solid although can be found out of position alot and tries to force the issue on both sides of the floor, and Siva is a horrible decision maker and is ruining the flow of Pitinos offence.

surveParticipantLouisville has top 5 talent without question. I think you are confusing their college talent with their NBA prospect level. Still, eventhough they dont have 5 first round draft picks like UK this year but some of these guys will be good prospects in the future.

The Ville down 3 at the half in Lexington with Behanan on the bench. Yeah, I think it’s safe to say they’re pretty good.

Future_Scoutany thoughts on darius miller. will he make it? i think the way he scores off-the-dribble translate good to the nba and he’s a 6’8 guard/forward that plays defense on is supposed to be "the heart" of kentucky according to what i heard a commentator say the other day.

providencefriars1ParticipantReally you guys think Louisville has talent on par with Ohio St, Duke, Kentucky, UNC, Baylor, etc. I see them as a second or third tier team with talent on par with Arizona, Indiana, Mississippi St, etc. You may say they played Kentucky tough but so did Old Dominion and Indiana beat them and no one would/should argue that they have Kentucky’s talent.

Winning_TimeParticipantI really don’t like his team to compete against elite teams because of Peyton Siva. He just puts his head down and goes in, acting as if he doesn’t know ANTHONY DAVIS is there. He’s small, lacks on defense, and does not run this team to it’s stranghts. Russ Smith carried this team today, they looked UGLY.

surveParticipantcheck my posts on this board, I have said all along MKG is the most impressive guy to me in college basketball this year. people say yeah but he wont be a star in the NBA. why not? because he is not a 1st option scorer? neither was Scottie Pippen, Ben Wallace, Dikembe Mutumbo, etc….
I think people need to look at when Terrence Jones has disappeared, or Davis and Lamb didnt have an impact on the game offensively….when they needed it most, MKG delivered. The better the competition, the better he plays. Look at what he did to UNC and Louisville. This guy has the competitive spirit of MJ, Magic, CP3, Kobe, he HATES to lose…period!

surveParticipantI really like Darius Miller. He is one of the most talented role players I have seen in college basketball. I think he is somewhat underated. Miller is not great at anything, but he is solid at everything. Depending on who is picking, I definitely think he has 1st round talent. One thing that cannot be questioned about him though is his attitude. Whatever you tell him to do, he is more than happy to do it.
