mikeyvthedonParticipantAveraged 25.2 ppg, 8 rpg and 3.4 apg while pretty much carrying Ukraine. Davide Bortoluzzi was at the tournament and said, "(he) is far away the best ’97 in Europe". I am guessing he will do a write-up soon, just needless to say that he was impressed. The ability and athleticism shown in those clips make him a prospect you have to keep an eye on. Very excited to follow his development and think he sets the bar right now for one of the best European generations (1997 born players) to come around in a long time. A lot of nice prospects, just have not seen any with the upside that [Player: Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk] possesses.

RafterParticipantHigh skill level for one so young and surprisingly athletic, he should follow in Len’s footsteps by going to America because apparently a lot of talented players in Ukraine tend to stagnate due to the poor basketball infrastructure there, if he doesn’t go to the U.S going to a top European team wouldn’t be a bad thing. With all that said, one highlight tape isn’t convincing anybody, impressive as it is most highlights are intended to make a player look good believe it or not. His percentages when shown didn’t blow me away but he’s worth keeping an eye on.

theprophetParticipantwow! i know this is a highlight tape, but i’m impressed! this is my take on what i just saw:
lights out shooter with incredible range
has a great step back and fade away to his arsenal
heads up defender
quick first step
dribbles and drives effortlessly with either hand
finishes around the basket with either hand
not afraid to take it to the basket
good at getting open away from the ballhe’s not the best athlete, but certainly nothing to sneeze at and he can add a little muscle
but he’s 16!this Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (whatever his name is) should be a great player. not suggesting he will be as good, but the highlights suggest a lot of young ray allen in his game. thank you for the highlight mix pohani komarac!

Dleg99ParticipantI hate prematurely comparing young players to superstars just by watching one highlight tape but his shooting ability and over all skill to create his own shot reminds me a little of a taller steph curry

pohani komaracParticipanti didn’t compare him to kobe, and unlike others i watched him playing, not just highlights. i saw him also making bad decisions and good ones.
and all i can say in terms of skills and athletic abilitys he is most complete sg prospect in years

European BasketballerParticipantHe reminds me of young Siskauskas. Not as good at defense or passing though. But at only 16 he can develop that.
