This is true. If he doesn't at least boost his play to the level it was at the beginning of the season, then he'll be too risky for a top 10 pick. He just makes wayy to many mistakes as of now.

Otto has been moving down I according to NBA scouts who talk to chad Ford. I don't follow none of these other mocks because its just the sites owner and writers opinion or they copy from espn. Chad Ford is know to get his info straight from NBA scouts
