Taylor Gang MikeParticipantLike i stated in a thread previously, could he have a Kemba/Steph Curry run? they have K State next, then prolly the Zags.. He could work his way into a early second round pick. Gm’s might see him as Jimmer or Jodie Meeks, But i dont. I love his game tho and hes fun to watch, great competitor.

Malik-UniversalParticipantthis guy will never play in the NBA… when u need like 18 shots to get 20 points nearly every game.. and have terrible shot selection… ur not nba material.. not only that but hes only 6’2” and is a pretty average athlete

R-Dot-13ParticipantHe had a really really good last 11 minutes.
The guy hit one shot, got a couple free throws and saw the ball go through the hoop, and instantly heated up and got the crowd/team fired up.His shot selection was a lot less forced in the 2nd half too.
He’s explosive, and also a nut case. But he has the ability to heat up and win some more games.0 - Posted on: Fri, 03/22/2013 - 8:58am #756840

Leonard WashingtonParticipantIm sure he could score both..how about that haircut today though? Looked like the barber F’d his buzzcut up…but knowing Marshall he probably asked for it to be that way.

R-Dot-13ParticipantHe’ll play on a summer league team.. but he’ll probably end up working at McDonald’s or something.

R-Dot-13ParticipantSorry, bad joke. I read it on twitter, tried to steal it.
I’m embarrassed.0

NbanflguyParticipantHe is just a glorified chucker. He scores 20 ppg on 37% shooting from the field. He has no chance in the nba.

samosasParticipantfor all his antics, he’s not a dirty player and i find that endearing. he plays hard and he’s annoying, but i don’t think he’s out there to do anything other than look like an idiot and play ball.

R-Dot-13ParticipantI’ll give him credit though, he has a ton of confidence and I really do enjoy watching him play.

Memphis MadnessParticipantHe started off ice cold but Marshall Henderson was doing his best Pistol Pete Maravich performance down the stretch.
My two iconic players of the tourney so far have been Marshall Henderson and DJ Stephens.
I think VCU impressed me the most. Louisville looked great too but they played a 16 seed.
Wish I had watched that Harvard game, but I saw them against Memphis earlier in the year and that was a very entertaining game.
We have a few 12 seeds advancing and a 14 seed, not sure how many more we get, but I think next weekend will have some really great teams going at it. The Sweet Sixteen should be great. Getting to the Final Four this year will be quite an accomplishment.

doubledribblerParticipantHe will never play in the NBA. I could not imagine anyone wanting to play him, let alone coach him. Not saying he’s a bad guy, he’s just not talented enough to get away acting like he does or taking the types of shots he takes. Best of luck to the guy and his team, but to me this type of win shows how weak college basketball has been over the last few years. I’m not saying competitive, just how weak in overall talent that an average to below average basketball player can take and miss so many shots on an NCAA tournament team and still win games.

Ghost01ParticipantBottomline is he’s still playing in this tourney, and really took that game over when it mattered most.
So much hate for this guy just because he doesn’t look like an “NBA talent”

mcbaileyParticipantPretty sure there’s so much hate for this guy because he’s a douchebag.

ThepessimestParticipantThe fact that this kid gets the type of love he gets shows where we are as a society. Someone said “he took the game over”. I mean I’m not sure what game you were watching. Taking over the game is an extremely generous description of what happened. He made shots but Ole Miss won because Wisconsin could not score which was tied to their defense. In particular their big men were huge defensively.
This young man is not a NBA player by look, feel, or in how he approaches and plays the game. He is 3 levels below Jimmer Fredette and Jimmer can’t get off a NBA bench right now.
And let’s be honest; if he didn’t have the antics most of you wouldn’t know he exists. I just find this funny. This is how you know it’s a down year in college basketball when this guy is a huge story. Lol! 38% shooter who takes 11 – 3 pointers a game is the talk of the town because he Gator-Chumps after making 3 pointers. Lol! Got to love it.
