Atlanta gets a good scoring forward in Danilo and Timofey Mozgov/Kosta Koufos

LA gets Andre Iguodala and Josh Smith. It becomes Dwight's Team.
Pau gets dealt in separate trade.

There are a million reasons this trade would never happen but you have already noted that, but the most obvious of all is kobes no trade clause. Nonetheless I appreciate your creativity and the amount of free time you have.
