would yall take bynum plus a furture first round pick for rubio and the number two pick … that gives yall bynum and love down low … i guess it depends on how you feel about johnny at the 1 spot … if the trade did go down then the lakers could take either derrick williams, brandon knight or kemba or they could try to swing that number two pick to memphis for oj mayo and maybe a future first round pick leaving rubio and mayo as the backcourt of the future for LA with minnesota having love and bynum on the block … jefferson and love had mixed results but al and drew are two totally different players … hmmmm

Is Bynum worth Rubio and the 2nd pick in the draft.

I know he’s a top tier Center but he’s barely healthy and who knows if he stays with the Twolves after 2 yrs when his contract is up.  I wouldn’t give up all that for Bynum he’s not Dwight Howard.

Wolves would have a nice front line but for how long.

i think specifically for minnesota bynum is worth rubio because it’s lookin more and more likely that rubio wont be coming over to minnesota anytime soon and i cant blame the guy – the team isnt ballin and its not a huge market which sadly these days means everything … but if he had the choice to play in LA, i’m sure he would opt out and pay whatever fee he needed to pay to leave his euro squad asap … i think minnesota/rubio is going to be very similar to orlando with the big european they picked up a few years back … i cant remember dudes name but remember they took him in the lotto and he pretty much paid orlando no attention … i also think bynum is worth the 2nd pick in this years draft but once again, specifically for minnesota … bynum, love and beasley is dangerous!!! plus they have flynn running the point … they could draft the dangerous man from arizona but he’s more of a 3 and they already have beasley who i think is much better at the 3 then 4 … maybe the rook could move to the 2 but he’s better off at the 3 also … i can not disagree with you on bynum stayin for the long run … unless they start winning games, i wouldnt be surprised to see him bounce either … but in the meantime, nobody is driving baseline on minnesota with drew and love down low!!! also, mayo and rubio in LA?!? i like that

It’s dope to read this today!!! Of course Rubio got hurt, Pekovic came out of nowhere and Sessions ended up in LA but had the trade I spoke on happened, both sides would have been happy early on 4sho. Rubio in LA getting his dime on and Bynum in Minnesota beasting?!? Injury and Sessions aside, both squads would have been happy.

That Twolves team would be decent though I’d rather have a diff. PG then Flynn esp. if they run the triangle offense.

I don’t see the Lakers getting Mayo they are capped out for the next 3 years and have no young players that anyone wants.  With 45-50 mill committed to just Gasol and Kobe how are they getting Mayo?

Much better chance of the Lakers getting Dwight Howard.

David Kahn is an awful GM…

The media has hyped Rubio so much…just because he’s been playing professional ball since he was a teenager. He will be a development because he cannot shoot and he needs to put on weight so he can defend the bigger PGs like Deron Williams, D-Rose, and Westbrook.
