But isn’t it ironic, Almost a year after lebron leaves cleveland in the decision,with all of the uproar from everyone(especially the owner and fans), that Cleveland lands the number 1 pic and 2 of the top 4.

We all have our own thoughts about sports but could it be valid that the NBA Mock draft is fixed. 

I’ve always thought the draft lottery should be thrown out, but the NBA is a business, if the same popular teams win, it brings the casual fan in and brings the NBA money. It just so happens that those popular teams are in the larger cities.

 

If the NBA wanted to eliminate parody as they say and let small teams get and keep stars, eliminate the lottery. Just think if Minnesota finishes with the worst record next year with no lottery, they would have their choice of all of the amazing players in the Draft. It would also provide more strategies for the better teams to use to stay good like in the NFL. Eliminate the lottery. It will be better for the NBA and the dignity of the game of basketball.

Do you mean parity? And if you do, why would the NBA want to eliminate that?

Point.Blank, you have bad and slender way of thinking, with yours thinking the NBA would have been in defective mood, tanking would have been all over the place and more bad and sad habits would take place, the lottery is a must have tool to try prevent those stuffs, imo it’s even not enough, my offer is to add also that the 2 worst teams will not have chance for the top 3 picks and will not participate in the lottery at all, instead they automatic will get the #3 and #4 picks in the draft!!

to keep parity is a very importent thing by the NBA to make and it’s must have, but in the same time you can’t give the worst team a complete gift for that(it contrasting the spirit of sport) and you can’t give the worst teams motivation for staying bad(for management reasons not working on making their teams better).

so all in all, i thought my idea is absolute the best way!
