NEW RULE IN THE NBA

it has been announced that there is a new rule in the NBA!!

It concerns the following...

Any player of the opposing team is allowed to slap any Toronto Raptors player anyway you please on the last play of the game, no foul should be called. Frankly, it just ain't a foul. The refs are to respond with the following quote..."What slap?" or "What punch?" and etc.

in all seriousness what the &$#%#&@!....what the &$#%#&@!....refs.....wow.....glad rudy gay is coming hope he gets some calls...

I think it used to be 1, but we were pretty competitive last year so David Stern bumped it up to 2 serious injuries this year. That rascal

maybe this whole topic should be changed to new rules of the nba :P these are pretty hilarious...

i got another one....(im a lebron fan but i just have to haha)

Any defender attempting to play defense on lebron is automatically called for a foul. Any coach of that team will also be called for a technical foul afterwards...just because. In addition, Lebron does not travel, he simply runs on Air Miles. "Air Miles....sponsor of the NBA"

Traveling: when a player

Traveling: when a player holding the ball moves one or both of his feet illegally. Most commonly, a player travels by illegally moving his pivot foot or taking too many steps without dribbling the ball.

*****Important note******

Traveling does not apply:
1. To Stars
2. In the 4th quarter
3. If a player moves his feet illegally to make a cool play
4. To Big market teams

They just added this one this year that the Warriors are not allowed to play both Bogut and Curry at the same time,or they will both be injured with an additional starter(Barnes) missing a couple of games

The Raps are now 16-30-4

Obviously, you don't improve your winning percentage from the last category, but it is a way to promote transparency concerning which teams are or are not welcome in the playoffs.
