"Only The Strong Survive"
Shaun Livingston and Oden aren't really bust (ijuries derailed their careers not a lack of effort.) To me it still is ammazing that Livingston is even able to play at all (and he is pretty serviceble in a back up role).Of all these guys i would pick either oden or Webster. Webster can with refinement become a decent sixth man love his shot. Oden i feel is a big Z type injured early in his carrer but will come on eventually. Of course he may never live up to being the number 1 pick but i feel he will get health in the future. Telfair, Wright, and Wright have squandered their oppurtunities and may get on a roster for a team desperate fora hope of what they can offer.
-i could see Brandan Wright gettin into the rotation somewhat in jersey next year, but i doubt he can revive his career to be anything more than a role player
-julian wright just flat out does not care, and its hard not to agree with that...he plays for toronto, a very weak team, where he most likely has to be one their more talented players but yet he play 14.7 min, 3.9 ppg, 2.3 rebounds....im shocked with his lack of production that he was never sent to the D-league
-Oden definitly still has a chance, still very young very talented if he gets out of portland maybe to a team like miami or charlotte, when/if he is healthy he will be a worst a solid starting center in this league
-Sebastian Telfair is just terrible, he needs to go to Europe or Asia like his cousin starbury
-shaun livingston wont ever be a legit starting point, but i can definitly see him as a solid role player, its sad he had all the size talent and athletic ability
-Webster i think fell victim to his own hype, coming out of HS everyone kept saying how he had such a pure shot from 3, then he got to the nba and did nothing but shoot 3's, he could still be a good player, hes young and very talented, he needs someone to push him into expanding his game
one more name id like to add to your list is Gerald Green, ranked #1 on rivals.com coming out of high school, went to boston midway through the first round, bounced around the league a bit and disappeared...think he could ever make a comeback?
This is not a Bust Thread
I did not add Green because he is no longer on a NBA roster.
We will not forget Julian Wright. His windmill-slip dunk will always be in our hearts.

F*ck digital that's Kodak!
i agree i think brandan wright will be the 1st guy on this list to lose his job followed soon after by telfair. I think Oden has the best chance but when all is said and done, Oden's knees just wont hold up

- Shaun Livingston- I would love to know when will he become a fulltime starter again?
- Sebastian Telfair- Will he turn it around, how much longer will he be around?
- Martell Webster- Will we ever see the Webster that had us raving next big thing out of HS?
- Greg Oden- Will we see that dominate force from HS make a comeback, to be what scouts said he would be in the NBA?
- Brandan Wright- Will he crack the rotation?
- Julian Wright- Will he ever make an impact instead of being the 8th man who we will forget about?
Can anyone answer the above?
Shaun Livingston- I think he can be a starting pg for the bobcats, while dj comes off the bench, I think thats his best shot, or myabe to the lakers as a replacement to fisher
Sabastian Telfair- Hes been in the league for a while i dont see him turning it around, he should have gone to college and developed, I see him gone whenever his contract runs out.
Martell Webster- idk what people thought he would become, but i see him as a good sixth man or starter for a playoff team maybe the bulls, I see him as a role player at best.
Greg Oden- When he played he was playing well imo, I think he can still turn it around maybe not be a great player but he can definally still block shots, rebound, and score about 10pts
Brandan Wright- he still looks raw, and he is still young but he needs to gain more muscle, and weight. Maybe the nets will give him some minutes and he can prove what he can do, hes also a injury risk
Julian Wright- sometimes when watching the raps, i was wondering why he wasnt in the game, he is a good defender, and gave them some good energy unlike weems, or klieza. I think he will land on a team and be put to good use, might be a good backup once finding his niche on a team.
- Hasheem Thabeet- Has already been wrote off as a "bust" because he did not produce up to the hype coming out of UConn where he dominated as a big. Will he become Yao's legitimate replacement?
- B.J. Mullens- This guy here was a 1st rounder solely off of potential. Has not cracked the rotation at all. Will he ever get off the bench?
- Wayne Ellington- Deadly college shooter who has not made any buzz since leaving UNC or even got passed the 7th-8th man role. What lies ahead for him in the NBA, will he be J.J. Redick until he breaks out?

There are quite a few players in the NBA who were high draft choices, who have not lived up to the expectations of many. I would like to know can the following players revive their careers before it flat-lines.
