I heard some great news today…Ricky Rubio is finally coming to Minnesota! Im pretty excited about it…i think he has some athletic players to pass the ball to like Wes Johnson, Beasley, and Randolph….Not to mention pick and rolls with Kevin Love…sounds deadly. But that is just based on fuzzy youtube clips we have seen over and over the last 2 years now. If his court sense and passing ability is as good as it really is i see the Twolves improving from last year. And if he has above average speed and quickness he can get into the lane with his decisiveness with the ball. I see Rubio averaging 7.0 pts and 8.0 assts his rookie year…throw in 1.5 steals.

You are a real fan and we need more like you but I am hoping for more than 7 and 8 this year. You can’t take a guy with the 5th pick in the draft and hope for such a quiet beginning.  If he turns out to be the great passer that I keep hearing about, they could have a great up and down game w/ Beasley and Love.  They need him to hold his own on the defensive side and be a pass first PG that could see some double doubles. If Washington wanted to make a deal for the 2 pick that would include N Young, that could be a fun team to watch.
