     i don’t have a comparison for him

    wade is not a terrible comparison cus he is a big bodied combo guard who is a slashing threat and is a blurr on the break with capability of creating his own shot.

    but def. no gilbert arenas.

     Selby’s a decent comparison in terms of size, speed and athletic ability. Selby was a better shooter though. Purvis is a better playmaker and defender. I also think Purvis has more combo guard potential, whereas Selby is strictly a scorer. One thing that limits Purvis’ potential as a SG though is that he doesn’t have the length to make up for his lack of height.  He has the length of an average to slightly below average PG.  I hope he doesn’t abandon his plan to transition to the point..  His size plays much better there.  He’d be a physical beast at the 1.

    He reminds me of a Josh Selby/Rodney Stuckey mix.
