Searchin' for a GIF...

Someone (most likely McUrkle) posted a GIF a while back. It was an African American that looked to the screen and started laughing and then he slowly started turning the laugh into a creepy stare. I believe it was from Adult Swim because it showed the logo on the bottom right corner. If you know what I'm talking about, please repost it. Was hella funny.
