MkadozaParticipant2pm on ESPNU. Looking forward to seeing Parker matchup against an athletic lineup with Williams, Thornwell and Britt.

M-EazyParticipantOK I got my Watch ESPN app to work until 6:06 est lol. This is not the same Jabari Parker I saw last two times on espn. He looks healthy.

wenichParticipantAs I said last week and I am sure I will get negged all day for it Jabari Parker is a waaay better player than Andrew Wiggins RIGHT NOW. Andrew Wiggins is much more of poor mans Gerald Wallace than Lebron James. He is an ELITE athlete who can definitely be a shut down defender but his offensive skills at this point are soooo limited. I would take Parker over Wiggins any day.

M-EazyParticipantHonestly you are correct. Jabari’s fundamentals are a lot better than Wiggins, but it’s clear to see that Wiggins potential is above Jabari’s

M-EazyParticipantWell somebody let me know how Troy Williams ended up doing? App just shut down on me

akhan786ParticipantI remember Troy Williams being a Top 5 player when he was an underclassman because of his ridiculous athleticism.
The only problem is he is pretty much the same player as a senior as he was back then. Now he’s like what? In the 60’s?
Similar situation as JP Tokoto.

M-EazyParticipantI’ve watched Troy play for years (he wen tto my old HS). You are so wrong about him being the same player. He has matured a lot and doesn’t play out of control turnover filled basketball anymore. And he’s #33.

Lebron’s HairlineParticipant#33 but I agree, he has no kind of perimeter game but he compares himself to Kevin Durant lol, he’s probably a CJ Leslie clone at the next level

WrecklessParticipantJabari Parker played a great game. He is going to dominate at Duke. I expect great all around numbers, especially since Plumlee and Kelly are leaving. He was scoring at will. Another guy who will dominate is Aaron Gordon. Tip ins, putbacks, defending. The guys a hustler. Not much of a perimeter game but if he goes to a school like Washington, he’ll put up some very nice numbers for a freshman.

BigChamp12ParticipantWhat was Jabari Parkers stat line for today?

SiggyParticipantTroy Williams wil be fine. He signed up to the right program to learn, but hopefully he doesn’t see himself as a 1 and done type. He’s not that type of player. I think he’s more likely a 3 yr player.
I too haven’t been impressed by his progress as a player. Great athlete, quick hands, very good in transition but I didn’t see a whole lot of skill.Oak Hill’s like the Kentucky of the prep schools. They get a ton of talent from across the nation, and they play fast, but I’ve never been impressed with how their kids are coached. Seems like they play fast for the sake of playing fast, leading to a lot of out of control play. Simeon was easily the better coached bunch.
Parker was on fire. Hitting jumpers from everywhere. I’d still like to see him take the ball to the basket more.
I thought the Simeon guards played great this time. That Oak Hill pressure wasn’t much of a factor.
