ag-pennypackerParticipantWhat is the ceiling for this guy? The numbers he put up in January are just amazing. 19.1 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.4 boards while shooting .480 FG % , with .486 3PT % on 74 attempts, and shooting 89.2 FT %j, with 2 steals a game. When I saw him in college I didn’t think he looked athletic enough to be really good in the pros but when I watch him in the pros now I’m just amazed he doesn’t look physically inferior at all and he looks very quick.

the I in winParticipantYou can expect those number forever except the 2 steals a game and the boards. The steals wouldn’t be that high if the tempo wasn’t so high and the boards would go down a bit for the same reason. I didn’t think he would be that good either but once again i was wrong.

ag-pennypackerParticipantOh yeah David Thorpe from ESPN wrote something that blew me away about him. He said Curry will probably hit more threes than any player this decade.

festar35ParticipantI think with Curry it all depends on his situation. I can see him averaging 20-25ppg if he needs to, however if he isn’t required to score he will be a 17-18ppg guy with 8-10 assists. His passing ability and court vision is amazing, so i feel he has the ability to do what is required of him for his team to win.

the I in winParticipantI’m not sure if he could average those assists but he is a good passer. I think for his career he will average around 6 apg and maybe have 1 or 2 years were he averages around 8 apg.

cheesepillowParticipantYeah, 17 and 6 over his career is very plausible and solid for Curry.
I’ll throw in a season or two where he averages 20+ as well

armanhe can average 10 apg cause in college all he was doing is scoring… and everybody think that he is just scorer…. give him 2-3 years a bet he can be 20 – 8 – 4 – 2 player

DanEboyParticipantI disagree with the fact that he won’t be able to avg 2stl a game. He plays the passing lanes very well and has good instincts much like Iverson. I’m not comparing the two, just sayin’.
