Kinguy11ParticipantSteven Adams is from New Zealand, which isn’t a good country basketball wise. But this guy is 17 years old 6’11 and still growing! He is the next big thing for New Zealand Basketball and some have predicted to be a future NBA Draft first-round pick. Here is a video of him at the Adias Nations Camp.

He is commited to Pittsburgh in 2012.
I hope I got the link right this time!

McDunkinAlong with Craig Bradshaw, Tim Abercrombie, Bret, and Jermaine i would say he is a Top 5 player in NZ right now.
Man i thought Gordan Haywards sister was a 10 in the looks department….but Steven Adams sister might have knocked her down a spot in my rankings

Kinguy11ParticipantWhat about Kirk Penney he was on fire in the 2010 FIBA world champs 2nd overall in scoring.
Also imagine NZ in the 2014 FIBA World champs with this Team
New Zealand Depth Chart
C: Rob Loe – Alex Pledger – Steven Adams
PF: Craig Bradshaw – Jeremaih Trueman
SF: Thomas Abercrombie – Mika Vukona
SG: Kirk Penney – Corey Webster
PG: Lindasy Tait – Mike Fitchett – Jeremy Kench
Finally Mika Vukona can post up on players his own size instead of guys 3 feet taller coming in on small forward and this lineup also gives NZ more size moving Craig Bradshaw into the starting power forward postion.
Also the Tall Blacks (NZ National Team) get more depth because if one of there centres get injured they can go smaller and put BJ Anthony or Leon Henry on the team. There are two other young talented players for NZ to. PG Josh Bloxham and centre Callum McLeod.
With this team the Tall might even make a run for the Quater Finals a bit like 2002 when the Tall Blacks made an unlikely run into the Semis.
