Marquis Teague-Points went up, assist went up, turnovers went down, won a national championship.

Kendall Marshall-With him being out, it showed just how much he meant to UNC.

Royce White-Put his full strengths on display against Kentucky, and boosted his stock.

CJ Mccollum-Wasn’t in any Mock Drafts all year until he blasted Duke.

MKG-Was around the 8-12 range, now is possibly a lock for #2 pick.

Darius Miller- Possible first round selection now, before he was late 2nd to undrafted.

James Mcadoo-Really played big in the tourney.

Im sure its others but those are the ones that come right to mind.

Doron Lamb is not a guy people talk about, but in my opinion, I think he really helped himself out in the NCAA tournament.  With his great wingspan and shooting ability I feel if he were to declare, he’d be a guy sitting right outside the lottery.  I don’t think he would have been there a month ago.

Since F and F did stock up I’ll do those whose stock went down.

Harrison Barnes: Shot 33 percent from the field, didn’t take control of the team after Kendall Marshall’s injury.
Perry Jones III: Didn’t do anything spectacular averaging only 10 points ans 7 boards, again didn’t play up to his abilities.
Andre Drummond: The most physically gifted player in the Iowa State vs. Uconn game managed to only have 2 points and 3 boards.
Fab Melo: Did not play due to eligibility issues. This wasn’t the first time Melo has been suspended and it really hurt Syracuse’s chances in geting to the Final 4. His immaturity issues will most likely turn some teams off.

can not exclude jae crowder who had a monster couple of games in the tourney and now looks like a probable 2nd round draft pick

Sullinger basically turned out to be the guy we thought he was.  He can score and rebound.  He is mostly an inside player with an improving jump shot, but he isn’t too tall.  Not as good athletically as Thomas Robinson so he might have problems with bigger power forwards.

He couldn’t score over Jeff Withey who had a GREAT tournament for himself but I seriously doubt that Jared Sullinger gets double teamed too much in the NBA.  Sully looks like a solid, if undersized power forward, who would look pretty good next to Cousins, Greg Monroe, or even Nene or LaMarcus Aldridge.  Outside of Thomas Robinson there really isn’t a prototype power forward so teams might go after Sullinger anyway if that is what they need.

Jared Sullinger doesn’t look like a top 3 pick but he should go 5-15.  He could be a top 5 or 6 guy coming out of this draft class in my opinion.  With him you know what you are getting, unlike some other guys.

    Guys whose stock went up:

Terrence Jones had a wide range from 10-20 but should land in the late lottery now.  He can do some of everything and looks pretty strong.  He is the guy we wanted Jeff Green to be.

Marquis Teague looked like a first round pick but now he could go just outside the lottery if some team needs a young point guard.  He was my X factor for the Wildcats and he had two very solid games with his scoring and ball handling.

Jeff Withey: He is on the radar as a solid center prospect who can block shots and protect the rim.  Looks like a decent athlete too.

Tyler Zeller:   Good, all-around center prospect with touch.  He can  run and looks like a good athlete.  Not a physical player but he could be great next to a solid big man (Cousins, Monroe) or a center on a running team (the Bucks).

Brad Beal:  He has had some hype all year but his team and his game was up and down.  Now he looks like he could be the first true shooting guard taken in the draft.

James McAdoo:  He showed that he is a strong, fluid athlete who can run and get up and down the floor.  Not a great shooter but he can score some.  He might be a tweener since he is about 6’8 and not a true small forward, but he has as much potential as other tweener forwards such as Terrence Jones and John Henson.  If he comes out this year he could be a guy that moves into the top 10.  If he waits until next year he could be a top 3 pick and the cornerstone of next year’s UNC team.

Royce White:  He put his name on the map with a very strong showing.  Can score, board, and handle the ball.  A good athlete who might be a little short to play power forward.

    Draft stock went down:

Austin Rivers:  His team lost in the first round.  If he had had a great run he could have been in the discussion for a top 5 pick.  Right now he is a lottery guy — or a guy who slips.  The consensus is that he is a combo guard, maybe like OJ Mayo.

Jeremy Lamb:  Didn’t do anything to help himself with UConn’s first round loss.  Probably slipped some in the draft.

Andre Drummond:  Was a consensus number 1 or number 2 pick until he didn’t really show anything outside of a few spurts.  He dissappeared against Iowa State and could drop to the 4/5 spots or lower.

Adonis Thomas:   A McDonald’s All American who showed some flashes of potential this year but wasn’t consistent enough.  His injury didn’t help and he looks like a tweener.  AT might have been a one and done but he didn’t really do much in Memphis’ first round loss.  Still, he said that he had a 50/50 chance of going pro but he decided to come back to Memphis for one more year.  Will Barton, AT’s former teammate, didn’t hurt himself with his one and done performance but he didn’t really help himself either.  He is a first round talent but he needs to get stronger and work on his shot.  We already knew that though.  It is going to come down to which team likes Will Barton.

Harrison Barnes:  Didn’t live up to the hype.  During the tourney he was a shooter who couldn’t shoot.  Was in the discussion to go top 3 but I could see him falling outside the top 5.  New upside might be Joe Johnson with inferior handles.
